Karim Armand
President
With his Boston University finance degree and more than 15 years of working on Wall Street for such prestigious firms as Chase Manhattan (now JP Morgan Chase) and Prudential Securities (now Wells Fargo) in investment advisory management capacities, Karim Armand decided in 1997 to found his own company, Colbert Investment Management. The value-oriented asset manager feels that in this way he can provide the strong, personal relationships he believes his clients so richly deserve, and which large institutions, despite certain strengths, are oftentimes unable to provide.
Karim’s philosophy is simple personal service and results. He believes that investors are entitled to a greater rapport with their investment counselor. Going one-on-one accords an investor a sense of well-being and security, realizing his/her advisor is definitely results-oriented in the client’s favor.
According to Karim, “The investor and I are committed to a long-term relationship, which, by my in-depth evaluations, monitoring of world markets, looking for superior businesses, would achieve the financially rewarding goals expected by my clients. I try to seek out the best possible bargains for them”.
